PartnerShip Warehousing & Logistics Inc. ("PartnerShip," "we," "us") is a third-party logistics and fulfillment company located at 50 Holt Dr, Stony Point, NY 10980. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
It applies to our website at partnershipinc.net, our contact and quote forms, our customer support channels (including email and our support ticketing system), and our client inventory portal. It does not cover third-party websites we link to; those sites have their own policies.

When you fill out a contact or quote form, email us, or open a support request, we collect what you provide, including your name, company name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message.
Client account information.
If your business is a PartnerShip client, we collect contact and billing details for your team, along with login credentials for our client inventory portal.
Order and shipment information.
To fulfill orders, our clients send us information about their own customers, including recipient names, shipping addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and order contents.
Information collected automatically.
When you visit our website, we and our website providers automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring site, and the date and time of your visit. This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies and analytics below).
How we use information

Data we process for our clients.
We handle order and shipment information on behalf of our clients, under our agreements with them, and we use it only to fulfill and ship their orders and provide related support. If you received a package shipped by PartnerShip, the merchant you bought from controls your information. Contact them first with privacy questions or requests, and we will help them respond.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How we share information
We share personal information only as needed to run our business:

Service providers that work on our behalf, including website hosting (Wix), email and productivity tools (Google Workspace), warehouse and inventory management software (Extensiv), our support ticketing platform, website analytics (Google Analytics), and payment and accounting tools

Google user data
Our support system connects to our company Google Workspace email accounts through Google OAuth. It reads, sends, and organizes messages sent to our support mailboxes so we can manage them as support tickets. We do not use this data for advertising, sell it, or use it to train artificial intelligence models. People can read it only to provide support, for security, or to comply with law.
PartnerShip's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies set by Wix to run and secure the site, and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work as a result. To opt out of Google Analytics, install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy. That includes the length of a client relationship and any period required for legal, tax, or accounting reasons. Order and shipment data is kept in line with our client agreements. When we no longer need information, we delete it or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted connections, access controls, and limiting access to staff who need it. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You can also unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in the message. Children's privacy
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
